Friendly Bungalow Kitchen
a new space to cook, eat and gather
The kitchen and dining area of this bungalow was the one thing that simply did not function well for a growing family. There was hardly any counter space, and the dining nook was barely large enough to seat four. Worst of all, far too much space in a compact house was being used for the utility room.
This renovation opened up the kitchen and dining area, moving the laundry zone to the hall by the bedrooms, and allowing for a larger eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space and natural light, as well as a direct connection to the back yard. The new kitchen allows everyone to gather, becoming the hub of this home.
